Diet/Health - bowl of salad
White Chili

  • 3 cups white beans (cannellini or navy or both!) No sodium canned or soaked.
  • 1 small can of chopped green chilies
  • 3 cups low sodium vegetable broth
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • 2 cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 lb. of ground organic chicken or turkey (optional)
Place all ingredients in a large pot on low heat. Cook until meat is cooked through. Enjoy!
